This petition is created because a response has not yet been provided for the petition created on September 23rd "Recognize the men and women who are occupying wall street". In addition, on November 15th two months after this movement started Occupy Wall Street made a powerful statement -- "You cannot evict an idea whose time has come."
We petition the Obama administration again to recognize the Occupy Wall Street movement as a nonpartisan movement and for the administration to publicly support all American freedoms: freedom of the press, freedom of speech, and the freedom of Americans to peacefully assemble and petition for change - REAL change. The movement is resonating with many Americans, it is growing, and it needs to be acknowledged.
