Publicly address federal marijuana legalization in an expedient manner as prohibition is unconstitutional.

Created by J.E. on September 26, 2014

The Obama administration is obligated to address the marijuana legalization issue this year, 2014, as prohibition is a direct violation of the American people's civil liberties. As numerous polls have shown, the percentage of Americans that support legalization is not only growing every year, it is already over half the population. When will there be a change to this injustice? WE the PEOPLE are tired of being pushed to the back of the line! How can the President and Congress speak for the PEOPLE when they don't even listen to the voice of the PEOPLE? All that's said is "there's a process!" Where is this process you speak of? Not only is prohibition a slap in the face, so is "let the states decide" when you can still be fired/denied employment because marijuana is still federally illegal.
