Publicly Address the Inhumane Treatment of Jahi McMath and Protect her Life in accordance to her 1st/8th Amendment Right

(Article I) of the Amendment (protects) the rights of all individuals to practice the freedom of (Religion) and to Petition for a "Redress of Grievances.":

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of (religion)," ..."or the right of people...to (petition the Government for a redress of grievances)."

Jahi McMath's Legal Guardian Nailah Winkfield, has expressed her right to keep Jahi on Life Support in respect to their Religious Beliefs.

(Article XIII) of the Amendment protects against the cruel or unusual punishment of any American Citizen:

..."(nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted)."'
