publicly affirm that the entire country should be included in a new voting rights act.

The Supreme Court recently decided that the 'map' used for the Voting Rights Act was outdated. I agree since many of the things that areas covered by that act could not do have been done in areas not covered--Voter ID, no same day registration, etc. I petition the Obama administration to publicly support a new act that would cover the whole country.
