Publicly announce an Extraterrestrial presence among Earth.

We petition the Obama Administration to publicly announce whether or not an extraterrestrial civilization(s) is among this planet. A CNN poll in 1997, when UFO sightings were scarce, states that 80% of Americans believe that the US Government is hiding information on an ET race engaging this planet. 54% of those surveyed stated that they have never seen a UFO but still believe that UFOs are here and are being piloted by intelligent means. All we want is disclosure. No details, nothing. All we want is a yes or no on whether intelligent life is engaging this planet. A honest yes, or no. If the US Government doesn't disclose, some government will within 10 years. It will happen sooner or later. Better sooner than later.
