Providing material support to terrorists, to include personnel, is a violation of the USA PATRIOT Act, 18 U.S. Code § 2339, and qualifies as a "high crime" under the U.S. Constitution. Whether those behind this crime are impeached or resign their offices is a matter for the people's Congress to decide. Regardless of what actions the Congress may take, this administration owes the American people a sincere public apology.
