Mr. President: On Jan 22, 2015, a QT store clerk in Mesa, AZ, was shot in the face and allegedly killed by Apolinar Altamirano, an illegal alien Mexican national. The murder was captured in its entirety by store video.
This murderer was charged with felony burglary and convicted by plea bargain, of a lesser crime in Arizona by Maricopa Superior Court in Dec 2012. He was sentenced to two years probation and Sheriff Joe Arpaio turned him over to ICE on Jan 03, 2013 for deportation processing. ICE released him four days later on bond back onto our streets to await a deportation hearing. Two years later, still free and no hearing ever held, he was not deported.
On Jan 22, 2015 he murdered this young store clerk for a pack of cigarettes. Your immigration policies are directly responsible!!!
