Publicly ban the teaching or promotion of Intelligent Design (Creationism), in any form, in all public schools.

The teaching of Intelligent Design in public schools should be banned by the Federal Government due to it's unconstitutionality and non-scientific nature. Intelligent Design is known to be the anti-scientific religious dogma of creationism time and time again, and the American people have the right to the unbiased scientific education of their children without interference from proponents of religious injustice. The First Amendment of the United States Constitution enforces the separation of church and state, and makes it illegal for a federal institution to promote any religious institution, this includes all public schools. Intelligent design does not hold to scientific standards, and has been proven to be detrimental to a child's education and understanding of the natural world.
