Because Feral Cats are one of the main reasons for the decline of many native wildlife species, We the people call on President Obama to call for the capture and disposal of this invasive non-native predator. Also to call for President Obama to call for all cat owners to keep their pets inside, or be forced to buy a hunting permit for every cat.
