Publicly call for a national convention to create a constitutional amendment imposing term limits on members of Congress

We ask the President to call on state legislatures to convene a national convention with the purpose of crafting and submitting a proposed constitutional amendment limiting the terms that representatives can serve in Congress. We also ask the President to publicly support state level ratification of the proposed amendment.
