Publicly declare the Catholic Church as a Pillar of American society.

Created by S.M. on January 07, 2013

No other institution has helped the United States of America flourish into the great nation that it is today.

The Catholic Church in America despite facing hardships in its infancy during colonial times, rose up to the challenge and became a beacon of hope not only for Catholics, but for all.

The Catholic Church is the largest provider of education and health services alongside the government.

The Catholic Church feeds and clothes the poor. Cares for orphans, immigrants and others who society casts away. The Catholic Church ministers to non-Catholics, including the LGBT people.

The Catholic Church has done so much for this nation that there is no space here to list it all. The Catholic Church should be given a public commendation for its work in building and maintaining America.
