Recently Dr. Paul Hamilton was unlawfully detained by the United Kingdom's Home Office. He is now in a detention center pending deportation.

This petition asks that the Obama administration request the immediate release of Dr. Paul Hamilton, and demand a public explanation and apology from the UK ambassador in Washington D.C. for United Kindgom's Home Office unlawful detention of a United States student studying abroad.
