Be it resolved:
1) The President of the United States must publicly denounce the actions taken by the Chinese Military to hack in to public and private networks and systems with the intent to steal the people's of the United States intellectual property.
2) The President shall immediately meet with Congress to form the beginning of legislation to punish the Chinese for international theft from a sovereign nation.
3) The President and the congress shall meet to come with ideas on how better to protect ourselves from this threat.
4)The President shall instruct the Ambassador to the United Nations to also publicly denounce the Chinese actions at the General Assembly.
