Comcast is too big already and is practically a Duopoly with Time-Warner since the two do not compete in the same market area with the exception of small overlap. They should not be allowed to merge, if anything the two should be broken up into smaller companies to provide more competition to the market. Approval would violate the intent and thoughts behind Anti-Trust Laws.
