Drawing information from a range sources; recent years have seen an increase in the use of of lethal force executed via drones against enemy combatants; Aware of the emergence of new threats to the of the United States, and the use of novel military technologies by our government in response to these threats; Concerned that the development of such military tools and procedures may be outpacing the development of legal frameworks necessary in the provision of proper oversight; Affirming that the Government of the United States is beholden to operate within the confines determined by its people through the process of properly informed representative legislation; We the undersigned request that the administration make publicly available all information regarding the use of drones since 2009.
