Publicly Execute convicted child rapist and murderers

As we all know in America, people all to often harm children. As in the recent news of the woman who killed her two children and placed them in a freezer. My proposal is to instate live, televised, public executions of all people found guilty of killing and raping children. I propose an amendment to the U.S Constitution that allows for cruel and unusual punishment in such cases of child rape and murder. The new 28th amendment would alter the 8th amendment which “Prohibits excessive fines and excessive bail, as well as cruel and unusual punishmen” The new amendment would allow for very cruel and unusual punishment of all persons found guilty of child rape and murderWe the people demand justice for Americas children. And Death to all those who intend harm them.
