Publicly explain the National Defense Authorization Act; informing citizens its intentions, and reasons it was signed.

Created by R.K. on January 23, 2012

We the people should not be blind. We should be aware of all happenings around us at all times. On December 31, 2011, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) was signed by President Obama, "allowing indefinite detention to be codified into law" (ACLU.org). This would mean that citizens of our great country that our men fought and died for would be lost in vain. The loss we will suffer is freedom. With the NDAA, citizens eventually will be persecuted without Miranda Rights and not given the right to an attorney; allegedly. In addition to this, our military forces will allegedly be called into action to discipline citizens. This means that our freedom is just being stripped away from us, essentially destroying our Bill of Rights. Please sign this petition if you want your freedom.
