On New Years President Barack Obama Signed the NDAA Bill. NDAA of 2013 was not an ordinary bill, it contained a clause that gave the government the right to detain any US citizen "suspected" or "associated" with terrorism WITHOUT Habeas Corpus (Fair Trial).
