With all the killing sprees happening in the last year I would like to see a new law that focuses on any human who has the anger or desire to go in to a populated area and start shooting just for fun or whatever the case maybe, needs to be publicly hung if he is captured alive. I honestly think it would only take one or two publicly hangings to help in the matter.
