Through hard work and determination Dr. Foote came forward and struggled to shed light on the VA Hospital scandal, where veteran were left to die on waiting list at the Arizona VA Hospital. His charges were at first laughed at and criticized as foolish and unfounded. In the end he was proved to be a man of honor, dedication and humanity.
