Assault weapons have been sent over the border into the hands of known criminal enterprises, either by members of our Federal Government and/or Law Enforcement, or with the knowledge and therefore consent of members of our Federal Government and/or Law Enforcement. Despite the murder of a U.S. Citizen as a result of "Operation Fast and Furious", those responsible have accepted ZERO responsibility and accountability for their actions.
I propose that before any new legislation or Executive Orders are passed, which would modify or restrict Second Amendment Rights: those who had ANY part of "Operation Fats and Furious" as well as similar operations, be held accountable and brought to justice with full disclosure to the American public.
