This is a public no confidence vote in the ability of congress to do what they are being paid to do. Partisan gridlock has halted budget legislation in Washington D.C. and now the American people are going to pay the price because congress can't come together.
The vast majority of Americans don't make six figures a year and they have to succeed at their chosen professions in order to continue to work. Everyone in congress makes six figures and they are not being held accountable for continuous failure.
We need to send them a message. Let them know that we are watching and we vote. Get it together, congress.
