Publicly Release All Information Regarding the Loss of Lt. Jack B. Ketchum and Crew; B-24 Liberator #42-95095.

On behalf of Lt. Jack B. Ketchum (#0720263) and Crew, we hereby petition the US Government to publicly release all details concerning the tragic loss of 15 American Airmen en-route home following the end of the war in Europe during World War II.

The loss of B-24 Liberator #42-95095 occurred on June 13, 1945 near Shieldaig, Scotland, and significant portions of the aircraft mishap report remain classified as non-releasable to this day.

We hereby petition the United States Government to give a full, accurate, and complete accounting of this tragic loss to the American people and publicly accept responsibility for past efforts at deception, misinformation, and withholding of information to surviving family members.
