Publicly release any individual from a non-disclosure agreement surrounding the circumstances of Bowe Bergdahl's capture

Publicly release any soldier or other individual who was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement surrounding the circumstances of Bowe Bergdahl's capture. While there may have been rationale to protect SGT Bergdahl and US plans and processes during his capture, the public now deserves an opportunity to balance the release of detainees and the lives of those soldiers who died attempting to recover him.
