An Executive Order bypassing congress to implement new Gun Laws would be a direct attack on the Second Amendment and could be Unconstitutional. Doing so would hinder the responsibility given to us by our Founding Fathers to ensure the security of a free state. Using an executive order to bypass Congress would create a precedent that could be used to attack other Amendments and could lead America down a road that could enable the Federal government to strip our rights away from us one by one.
Please urge President Obama not to bypass Congress by implementing new gun laws via Executive Order
