publicly state that videotaping police activity is legal, & instruct police to arrest any officer attempting to stop it.

Created by M.P. on November 27, 2014

Videotaping police is necessary to protect the public and the police from abuse of power and fraudulent complaints filed by suspects injured during apprehension by law enforcement officers. Videotaping law enforcement is not illegal, and any officer attempting to prevent a citizen from videotaping police activity is to be arrested and charged with felony assault.
