Publicly urge Congress to perform their duty to preserve this nation and send relief to the victims of Hurricane Sandy.

In that even the most fortunate among us have had and will continue to have times when we need assistance from our fellow countrymen; And as we all know that repairing what is broken and putting lives back on track helps the entire country; And as all good Americans wish to help those in need but have little ability to do so directly; And as the aid package seems to be held up solely by shallow partisan politics - We ask the Obama Administration to please publicly urge Congress to perform their sworn duty to preserve and protect this great nation and to expedite the process to create and pass legislation that will send much needed supplies and relief to the innocent victims of Hurricane Sandy.
