This petition will make the use of the presidential signing statement transparent to anyone interested in how the law is executed. Currently the administration has suggested that not all of its challenges will be issued in a bill signing statement, opting instead to not issue redundant statements or using the Office of Legal Counsel to issue challenges. The signing statement should be uniform and easy to track the same way the executive order is easy to track.
