Publish Regulations Providing Relief Against Consequences of Lengthy Delays Suffered by Employment-Based Immigrants

Created by R.K. on August 20, 2015

Please bring the US employment-based (EB) immigration system into a better semblance of equity by publishing regulations providing relief against consequences of lengthy delays suffered by EB immigrants. Currently, these regs are found on the DHS regulatory agenda at RIN: 1615-AC05. President Obama, recognizing the obsoletion of our current EB system that can make a legal worker wait for over a decade for their Lawful Permanent Residence had announced these ameliorative provisions, but there has been no movement. Hundreds of thousands of us, highly qualified, legal workers can have no peace of mind in the current environment where years of waiting can be nullified by momentary loss of job. We can not advance in building our homes or careers without your intervention. Please help us.
