A functioning democracy relies on citizens having accurate, timely and complete information on what the government does and how it performs.
Website usage gives very relevant insight into what people need, and also if they find this information. So the reports should be real time, comprehensive and include web usage and engagement metrics, like pageviews, visits, repeat visits, visitor geography, most viewed pages, entry / exit pages, number of comments, shares (by page and platform) and so on. Avoid personal identifiable information (collection and display).
A good example with a few of the metrics already (others still missing): http://www.dailymail.co.uk/stats
Give us the information to see how government is doing to make responsible election decisions!
