As U.S Citizens we the people of Puerto Rico request the help of the United States Congress/White House. Our Politicians have not been able to resolved our economic crisis thats has been on decline for more than 8 years. The inestability created by this has forced hundred of thousands of Puerto Ricans to migrate to the states. This has caused an even greater economic depresion , and still our politicians has not been able to get to a consensus on how to start attending the situation.
