As american citicen people of puerto rico is been discriminate from citizens from others state of the nation. For years nobody see that U S disciminate to their same civilians. If you are a civilian you are a civilian 100 always and independent that wich part of the world you are. U S gave or create some kind of mistake when they gave the citizenship to people of puerto rico. Check, somebody make a grate mistake. Think there is noy incomple citicenship in any part of the world. I consirere that U S is in the obligation of correct this big mistake unique in this word .
