the territory of puerto rico must be allowed to be part of the union this equal rigth petition is in the HR2000 but some time limitatios of the congress agenda must be help by you and all 54% of the persons expressed in the last elections and present to the congress and to the people by the people of Puerto Rico the benefit to be part of the union and help the president with the agenda creating job and get all the benefits of a real citizen of the US remember we are 3,6 MM in the island an 4 in the states we are help the union in every way to fell the liberty and the equal rigth we dont have in the island thanks and good bless you and your family
