puerto Rico's fiscal plan

Created by P.O. on April 26, 2016

We, The People of Puerto Rico, believe that the $72 billion debt can be paid without the need of a Financial Oversees Control Board or “PROMESA”. We will do so by increasing the minimum wage, with a proportional tax structure and freeing trade from excessive taxes.

Mr. Pedro Ordein (MBA), a US Citizen, has devised a mechanism to come up with the necessary funds to create a $9 billion budget for PR, $3.5 billion for development and infrastructure and $3.5 billion to repay $70 billion debt in 20 years with the issuance of a “Decreasing Bond”. This is possible by amending PR's tax system, diverting the multiple tax schemes existing to a tax system oriented to the labor force and commerce. https://www.facebook.com/notes/pedro-ordein/puerto-ricos-fiscal-plan/137...
