Pull all funding for nations not part of North America & return all troops to the U.S. until there is a balanced budget

Too much money is leaving the country to support groups that do not have Americans well being in mind. This money could be used to create jobs, improve the countries infrastructure, improve our national defense, and pay off the debt owed already.
Our soldiers could help strengthen our boarders, improve our infrastructure, train our citizens on leadership, critical thinking, and job skills, and stop creating more enemies of the state when they are all brought home to the US.
We need to work on our country before it's too late. This petition would pave the way to reduce defense spending by reducing travel/shipping expenses, war expenses, and reduced consumption of all supplies.
We spend billion each day on and in foreign countries. It's time to put America first.
