This is a petition to the US government to pull all US aid to Uganda. This is in response to the passage of laws that promote institutionalized discrimination of homosexuals in Uganda. We should not support, enable, condone or do business with countries that commit such human rights abuses.
After the recent passage of anti-homosexual laws in Uganda, a witch hunt has begun. Homosexuals can be imprisoned for life if convicted of homosexuality or committing homosexual acts. Most recently, a local newspaper has published the names of 200 "alleged" homosexuals in Uganda. These people may or may not be gay and the law may be used to further political agendas and as a political weapon.
By signing this petition you are telling the US government to pull all support to Uganda.
