Though Gun violence is horrific, so is the dismemberment of a woman, rape, child molestation, and other horrific crimes by the same sociopaths/psychopaths...using KNIVES, BLUNT INSTRUMENTS, VEHICLES, SWORDS, ROCKS, WIRES, STRING, ROPE, CHEMICALS, DRUGS AND EVEN THEIR BARE HANDS!!! If we need to "Ban" one instrument of death how can we call ourselves civilized if we don't "Ban" Everything that may help a criminal to cause death and suffering? LETS PUNISH EVERYBODY BY "BANNING" ALL THESE ITEMS EQUALLY!!! Let's not single out one Group by infringing on our CIVIL RIGHTS. Where do we stop then? shall we "Ban" /repeal the 13th amendment? I THINK NOT... Remember, These are RIGHTS not Privileges! If they get your 2nd amendment RIGHTS, YOUR 1st amendment RIGHTS are next, I Guarantee it.
