punish all football teams who utilize shotgun or pistol formations in their offenses, since they promote gun violence

Football teams, and broadcasters, throw about horrible words such as pistol, shotgun, blitzing (insensitive to Jewish people who died at the hands of Nazis), bomb, "throwing a strike," or having "a cannon for an arm." These terms are offensive to we, the peace-loving people of the US, and in an effort to promote peace we demand that these terms and verbiage be struck from our language and collective consciousness forever. We would also like to eliminate the use of animal mascots from all sports teams, since it's offensive to think of a duck, for instance, to have been annihilated by a foe since this glorifies hunting and may lead to abuses against animals.
