Punish Carter Reynolds for sexual harassment

A lot of people on vine have probably heard about the leaked video of Carter Reynolds pressuring his ex girlfriend into giving him sex, even after she kept denying him. This, by definition, is sexual harassment, which is a federal crime with a penalty of up to 20 years in prison. No one can deny what he did, because for Christ's sake there's a video as proof! And for the people who are saying that his ex girlfriend "set him up", you can't FORCE someone or make someone harass you/beg for sexual acts. She said no. That's the end of the story. The fact that he 1) kept persisting 2) had his privates exposed in the video and 3) recorded it, and claims that it was just a video that he thought no one else would see makes it 10 times worse.
