Punish Ethan Couch fairly like any other teen with consequences.

Dear President Barack Obama,
I regret to inform you that the other day I saw a homeless man getting arrested for sleeping on the bus. However, low and behold a 16 year old kid with unfit parents bought himself out of the justice system after murdering four people, and severely injuring others thus destroy a family completely. The child's defense was a condition of "affluenza". To be perfectly honest this word sounds like an excuse for those with tangible goods like money to get away murder and claim ignorance.
I would like to also rule that affluenza or affluence should be ruled out as a reasonable condition for getting away with being an endangerment to oneself and others, or that consequences should differ on account of wealth.
