All law enforcement or staff in the District of Columbia shall be held to the same legal, criminal, and ethical standards when they rape or allegedly rape prisoners entrusted under their care.
No Police Officers, Correctional Officer, Prison Guards, or staff should be allowed to sexually abuse inmates. All allegations of such misconduct should be investigated fully. If a crime is established, the predator should be punished. No exception!
