Law enforcement officers need to suffer consequences if they decide to kill a family pet while using bad judgement. We need new policies in place that protect our pets. Law Enforcement officers pets have some of the same rights as humans if they are murdered. Its not fair that LEO's pets have more rights than the peoples.
