Trumbull County Ohio Child Protective Services has been able to operate without consequence for the numerous cases such as rape, murder, and molestation of children that were under their supervised care. These children were helpless victims that should have been protected by the state. Yet, the state protects the agency of neglect resulting in the rape, murder and molestation of numerous children over the years. This is the "greatest" of criminal neglect- against innocent children.
