Each year over 1 billion birds and other small mammals are killed by disgusting cats. This is done by both feral and cats whose irresponsible owners allow their pets to hunt for fun.
These cats are not native to our environment and are drastically changing the environment. We need to stop the bird holocaust being orchestrated, albeit naively, by cat owners.
The owners of these cats should be encouraged to euthanize all cats, but if the simply must have a cat, be forced to keep their cats indoors.
If a cat is found to be roaming outdoors and killing wildlife, the owner of the cat shall be held responsible with a fitting punishment. I recommend 2 years in jail for each bird, mammal and reptile murdered.
