Any Citizen that wishes to imperil a United States Congressman with the possibly of DEATH for treason as outlined in 18 US Code § 2381, especially by invoking United States Code that has never been used and therefore no case law exists shall suffer the following:
EDUCATION:
Memorize and recite the entire UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION including Amendments. The following sections shall be memorized first:
Article I Section 6
Article III Section 3
Article VI Clause 2
and
Write a paper of length to be determined by the Courts on the following:
1) Separation of Powers, a Political doctrine of the United States.
2) A summary of all charges of treason prosecuted by the United States for the past 200 years including the outcome.
3) Any chapter of Chapter 18 US Code as deemed proper.
