This petition is requesting the formation of a bill that extends the punishment for the assault and/or murder of a federal law enforcer be extended to Veterans of the United States military. I would like to call this the Delbert Belton Act to remember our fallen Veterans who fought for our Freedom but were killed by acts of crime on home soil.
