I want to stop the abuse & neglect of innocent animals & people with disabilities by giving those responsible the most harsh of punishments. I want these innocent beings to be recognized on the same level as other people. I want these perpetrators to be held responsible for all violations to the extreme extent of the law.I want prison terms to be a very real possibility.These vile people who cause harm upon the innocent should have to answer for all actions. Then each action be a separate violation with separate punishment for each one. All life is precious.Whether others think so or not.
