Everyone that lives in the United States that wants to purchase a firearm should be required to take a gun safety course. Everyone in the household where the gun is being places should also be required to take this course. Different levels of training and knowledge would be given to the families in correlation to their age. Certificates should be given out at the end of the class. If any accident happens with any gun and a certificate is not presents, owner and the person the owner purchased the gun from will be charged.
