There are thousands of highly educated and skilled Indians living in the united states and paying taxes but have been subjected to inordinate wait times spread over decades to get their Green Card. This puts them and their families at a significant disadvantage , poses restrictions on their ability to travel abroad , change jobs or provide affordable college education to their children due to their immigration status.
Please help in reducing the wait time for EB3 India whose priority dates have ridiculous wait times currently 2004 ( which means a wait time of more than 10 years ! to get a green card) and hopefully the USCIS and US Government will wake up and take action to remedy the situation
