Purposes amendment to the constitution of the United States of America
This amendment will make the initial 10 amendments aka "Bill of Rights" to the constitution permanent and unchangeable. No future amendment can affect, modify, repeal or cancel out this amendment or the first ten amendments to the constitution of the United States of America aka "The Bill of Rights". Furthermore no legislative, executive or judicial powers can enact laws, executive orders or rulings to contravene this amendment.
